Our open-air rooftop is a relaxed space where you can take in glimpses of the sea, lush coastal greenery and the everyday rhythm of the neighbourhood. Open to the sky, it offers a peaceful place to enjoy the changing atmosphere of Mirissa throughout the day.

No Pets
We are unable to accommodate pets anywhere on the property.
No Smoking
All rooms and indoor areas are strictly non-smoking.
Visitors
For the comfort and security of our guests, outside visitors are welcome only with prior approval from the villa management.

Breakfast is complimentary and served during the designated breakfast hours. Please let us know your preferred breakfast time in advance.
